Ralph M. Coolman, Ph.D.

Dr. Ralph Coolman is Associate Director for Community Collaborations at Washington State University’s International Programs/Research and Development. Dr. Coolman has over 25 years experience in community-based development in both domestic and international settings. Dr. Coolman has worked with diverse communities to design and implement projects on indigenous agricultural practices, urban agriculture, food systems, organic farming, sustainable agriculture and grass roots community development. He has completed projects in Malaysia, the Philippines, Brazil, and the United States. Dr. Coolman works on community collaborations in all stages of project development, design, and implementation.
Jim Bullock, MBA
Jim is working with RGI to assist in the evaluation of various business opportunities related to funding for the Gashora Girls Academy. He has a background in electrical engineering and has worked on several major infrastructure projects in California and Arizona. He is a Founding member of Gemini Tailored, a consumer products company dealing primarily with trade between China and the United States. Jim holds a BS from Clarkson University and an MBA from the University of Washington, Foster School of Business. He is very interested in international development and believes education is one of the best conduits for increased understanding and ultimate success.
