Francis Gatare is currently the CEO of the Rwanda Development Board (RDB).RDB’s work includes all aspects related to the development of the private sector. This involves working with and addressing the needs of companies of all sizes (large, SMEs) and both local and foreign investors. Prior to taking on the role of CEO, Mr. Gatare worked in the President’s office focusing on economic development.
Emmanuel Hategeka is the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Trade and Industry. He is focused on creating Innovative programs for job creation, export diversification and recapturing the domestic market in Rwanda.
Eric Kacou is the Co-founder of Entrepreneurial Solutions Partners (ESPartners).He was raised in Cote d’Ivoire, and his passion is enterprise solutions to poverty for Africa and the rest of the developing world. Eric is actively engaged in consulting and investing across Africa.Rwanda is one of ESPartners key focus countries.
Dr. Blaise Karibushi is the Programme Manager for United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) of the Global Fund grants in Zambia. Prior to that, he was the Country Director of Health Builders in Rwanda from 2006 to 2010, where he provided operational oversight and daily activity coordination to ensure proper implementation of the organization’s objectives.
Arthur Karuletwa is a Rwandan-American.He is the Director of Traceability for Starbucks Coffee Company and currently lives in Seattle.Mr. Karuletwa travels frequently to East Africa and Rwanda with his work with Starbucks.
Larissa Kaze was raised in Rwanda and Burundi.Ms. Kaze is past Co-President and active member of the Burundian Diaspora of North America where she has been living since 1999.She is currently a Financial Analyst at the Boeing Company in Seattle.
